We got great value for our money at this lovely cottage with its own parking, excellent shower, and well-equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, with Hele and Ilfracombe within easy walking distance, and the surroundings were peaceful and quiet. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast selection could be improved.

The cottage had a lot of character and the location was excellent. The size of the property was perfect for two people and we found the bed and seating to be very comfortable. The cottage also had a well-equipped kitchen, which was a great advantage for us. we loved having our own private garden with a table and chairs, as it provided a peaceful place to relax.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The bathroom decor and fittings were outdated, and we noticed broken curtain rails that needed fixing.

As young travelers, we absolutely loved the cozy Laurel Dean cottage with its beautiful surroundings. the double bed was so comfy, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. We even got early check-in upon request, which was really nice. the cottage had all the kitchen equipment we needed, and the small garden with table and chairs was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. the location was great, within walking distance to Ilfracombe harbor and town.

No on-site parking and difficult unloading/loading.

We had a lovely stay at Chambercombe Cottages. the cottage itself was clean, tidy, and had comfortable beds. We also appreciated the beautiful surroundings and the easy access to Hele beach and the Working Mill and tea rooms. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the accommodation for dogs was perfect with a secure garden space. it was a great value for money and a great base to explore the area. See you next year!

Our stay at Chambercombe Cottages was absolutely delightful. The secluded location and beautiful gardens provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The cottage itself was cozy and well-equipped, with a fully functioning kitchen and comfortable seating. We especially enjoyed the private garden area, which was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The close proximity to a large supermarket was also convenient. Despite a few minor inconveniences like a small shower and limited WiFi, our overall experience was fantastic. We would definitely recommend this hidden gem for a relaxing getaway.
